Terms and Conditions for the Scrum@Scale Summit
- Registration and Payment:
- All attendees must register for the event and complete payment prior to the commencement of the summit.
- Registration is non-transferable unless approved by event management.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the event organizers.
- A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 days before the event. After this period, refunds may be subject to deductions.
- Event Program:
- Event management reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including speakers, timings, and session content, without prior notice.
- Code of Conduct:
- Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event without a refund.
- Liability:
- SysArt Consulting GmbH and the Event Management will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property during the summit.
- Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.
- Privacy Policy:
- Personal information collected during registration will be used for the purpose of managing the event. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.
- Intellectual Property:
- All content presented during the summit is the property of Event Management or its presenters. Recording or distributing the content without permission is prohibited.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of circumstances beyond the control of Event Management, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies, Event Management reserves the right to cancel the event or provide alternatives.
- Agreement to Terms:
- By registering for the Scrum@Scale Summit, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
