Nynke is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience delivering sustainable business results across industries, disciplines, and geographies. As a chemical and industrial engineer, she has held key roles in global organizations such as Heineken, Achmea, and Shell. Currently, as Head of Operational Excellence for Global Manufacturing at ASML, Nynke leads and supports transformational initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Under her leadership, Nynke developed innovative systems that significantly increased cross-functional collaboration and improved efficiency supporting the company’s ambitious goals. Nynke’s expertise extends into various transformational methodologies. She is personally trained by Jeff Sutherland, co-founder of Scrum, as one of the first Registered Scrum@Scale trainers. Nynke has successfully implemented Scrum@Scale across multiple global capital projects in the energy business, resulting in enhanced agility, (cross-company) collaboration, productivity, and team engagement. She has mentored and coached leaders and professionals in adopting agile practices to drive their measurable business growth, and creating a high performing organization.
